George Saunders discusses his novel Lincoln In The Bardo

American author George Saunders discusses his novel Lincoln In the Bardo and talks about the road to winning this year's prize. He has said that the idea for the book had been in his heart for 20 years.

Saunders is the second American to win the prize since it was opened last year to writers of any nationality working in English and publishing in the UK.
