The Apprentice: The Secrets of the Boardroom
Neil Clough appeared on the Apprentice in 2013, eventually reaching the final. He told 91热爆 Radio Berkshire's Sarah Walker what it's like working with Lord Sugar, and how the programme works for those appearing on it.
Neil Clough, former Apprentice finalist:
"You are on the tasks for like fourteen hours a day. You made decisions which could take you months in a day... it is quite a tough process and I do feel for the candidates.
"I was in the house for the full process, which takes eight weeks. It is really intense and there are a lot of arguments and big characters and that house is certainly testing at times.
"Does the phone really go at 5am? The answer is yes."
