In the week that the Nobel Prize for physiology or medicine was awarded to American scientists for their work on circadian rhythms, sleep scientist Matthew Walker has some top tips for a good night鈥檚 sleep. The professor runs the sleep lab at University of California Berkeley and practises what he preaches by prioritising his own sleep to avoid increasing his risk ill health or car accidents.
