Sir Edward Heath 'would have been questioned' over abuse claims
The former PM's godson says the 'allegations haven't been properly investigated'
Sir Edward Heath would have been questioned over sex abuse claims if he was alive when they came to light, police have said.
Wiltshire Police launched Operation Conifer in 2015 when the former PM was accused of historical child sex abuse.
Sir Edward's godson, Lincoln Seligman, told Mishal Husain the "allegations haven't been properly investigated" and that as a result of the Jimmy Savile scandal, "there's an order out there that victims should be believed".
Former Scotland Yard detective Clive Driscoll said is "innocent to this day" and the Crown Prosecution Service would "never make a decision on charging of a deceased person".
