'It should be my right to decide when I die'
Christie Arntsen, who has incurable cancer, challenges the law prohibiting assisted dying
Three High Court judges will give their ruling on Thursday on the case of a terminally ill man asking for doctors to be able to prescribe him drugs to help him die.
Noel Conway has motor neurone disease and has argued that the current law, which prohibits assisted dying, breaches his human rights.
A witness statement in support of his position has been made by Christie Arntsen, who has incurable breast cancer.
She tells Mishal Husain that like Mr Conway, she want's to be able to decide when she dies: "I'm completely with Noel on that - it should be my right to decide how and when I die to avoid unnecessary suffering."
