How can development in Africa be accelerated?
There are several targets when it comes to African development - the big ones being the African Union's Agenda 2063 and the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals. But progress has been slow and this has been frustrating for many including Professor Emmanuel Nnadozie, executive secretary of the African Capacity Building Foundation - a foundation created and tasked by the African Union to make sure the right policies are being implemented in the right places.
The 91热爆's Shingai Nyoka caught up with him and asked what needs to be done to accelerate Africa's development.
