Debating Labour action on anti-Semitism abuse
There are 5,000 cases of Labour members complaining about other party members over claims of anti-Semitic abuse, says MP Ruth Smeeth.
Former MP Chris Mullin said the problem was worse in "this new online world" which was giving abusers another outlet.
They spoke to Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn after the party's NEC unanimously passed a proposal for tougher action on anti-Semitic, racist and sexist abuse of party members, which will be voted on at next week's conference.
