Community fridge tackling food waste
A new scheme in Milton Keynes is hoping to tackle food waste by sharing unwanted goods.
The community fridge takes left over food from supermarkets and allotments. Items are weighed and logged before being displayed for locals to help themselves.
"It's more than just giving and receiving food," says project coordinator Helen Innes. "It's about building stronger community bonds."
