Ex-Controller of 91热爆 Local Radio Michael Barton remembers making the right call in 1979, when both the 91热爆 and commercial radio wanted to launch in Norfolk. 91热爆 Radio Norfolk first went on air at 5.55pm on the 11th of September 1980.
