The parents and grandmother of Zeena and Zainab al-Hilli were shot dead on a mountain road near Annecy, along with a French cyclist.
The killer has never been caught.
In an exclusive interview with 91热爆 Surrey, their uncle Zaid has described the French investigation into the murders as a "total failure" and he wants a High Court judge to take over.
The French investigator Veronique Dizot has told 91热爆 Surrey it was a complex case and that there has been no progress in solving it.
Mirror correspondent Tom Parry, who has written a book The Perfect Crime about it, says he believes the focus of the murder hunt is now on the French victim.
