The Clipper round the world boat race set off this year from the historic Albert Docks in Liverpool. It鈥檒l be the best part of a year before the professional and amateur crew members are back in the city at the finish line.

This is the fourth time the Liverpool has played host to the race - more than any other port!

Kate McKenna visited the world heritage site before the race set sail to meet the people taking part in this years race.
