Marlon, aka Swoosh from Flawless, teaches a street dance masterclass on B-boying and footwork. Marlon gives a brief history of B-boying followed by a demonstration. The warm-up is taught in a follow-my-leader style looking at isolations, groove and footwork. There are three sections; each section is broken down and repeated with teaching points, counts and music; visual and oral directions are given throughout. Section one is an introduction to toprock and salsa step. Section two looks at levels and uses the crossover step, Indian step and get down. Section three is the six step and pose to finish. The three sections are put together and performed twice to a piece of music. Marlon then gives performance and freestyle tips, as well as points on how to transition your movement in a group performance.
