Pakistan is celebratating its 70th year of independence from British rule. There was great violence in the course of the split and Owen Bennett Jones has been hearing the story of Salman Rashid, a historian in Pakistan who decided to trace his relatives who had gone missing during partition. He discusses the time he returned to the house in India he grew up in.
