Laura Richards, Founder and Director of Paladin, the National Stalking Advocacy Service, tells Stuart that she delivered training to Northamptonshire Police nine years ago, but has had little dialogue with them since. She says that the force's plans for improving the situation in Northamptonshire is not good enough.
