Five people a month in Northamptonshire say they're being stalked and fear violence, with police in the county saying they're set to change the way they deal with the issue. Laura Richards, Founder and Director of Paladin, the National Stalking Advocacy Service, tells Stuart that she delivered training to Northamptonshire Police nine years ago, but has had little dialogue with them since. She says that the force's plans for improving the situation in Northamptonshire is not good enough.
