'The election in Kenya will be free and fair'
In Kenya, the damaging post-election violence of 2007/2008 is a stark reminder of how things can go wrong if the polls are not conducted with the utmost integrity and transparency. So managing the security situation in the country for the upcoming election in August 2017 will be critical.
