UFC Glasgow: Jo Calderwood her 'own worst enemy' fighting depression
Ahead of fighting Cynthia Calvillo in the co-main event at UFC Fight Night in Glasgow, Scottish UFC fighter Joanne Calderwood opens up to 91热爆 Three about her battle with depression and alcohol. In an interview that includes hard-hitting footage from the Octagon, the number-eight-ranked strawweight explains how she struggled to deal with her own thoughts, but says she feels in a much better place since giving up alcohol and realising "it's OK not to be OK".
