The new Director of People and Organisational Development in Gloucestershire will get up to 拢180000 plus 41 days leave plus "benefits".

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust says it's an important appointment at a critical time for the NHS in Gloucestershire. It's hoped the successful candidate will help with the financial recovery of the trust - by reducing the use of expensive agency staff.

The Trust ended the financial year 18 million pound in debt and is in special financial measures.
