How my home became a lifesaver during the Aleppo siege
Sculptor and archaeologist Zahed Tajeddin spent many years restoring a beautiful medieval courtyard house in the Jdeideh neighbourhood of Aleppo, Syria.
When the siege ended in 2016, he returned to find that his beloved house had been used by someone else - a pharmacist from the Aleppo countryside.
