Shared spaces making some areas 'no go' for visually impaired
A former serviceman from Poole, who lost his sight nine years ago, says parts of our towns have become no-go areas for the visually impaired.
Chris Ford says so-called 'Shared Space schemes' - used by pedestrians and vehicles where things like kerbs, traffic lights and road markings are removed - aren't safe for him to use.
