One Heart, Two Athletes
Hall of Fame baseball player Rod Carew was playing golf, when he suffered a heart attack. Paramedics resuscitated Rod, three times and rushed him to hospital. It took 15 months for a donar to be found. The donar was former NFL player Konrad Reuland, who had died from a brain aneurysm.
Konrad's favourite baseball player growing up was Rod.
