Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Mayoral Election 2017: Julie Howell
The position of mayor for the combined authority for Peterborough and Cambridgeshire is up for grabs when the polls open on 4 May.
Seven candidates are fighting for your vote, and we've been putting them in the hot seat to see why they think they should be elected.
The new role comes with new powers over housing, transport and growth - and a multimillion-pound budget.
The Green Party candidate is disability rights campaigner Julie Howell.
She's the only woman seeking election.
Our political reporter, Mousumi Bakshi, put her in the mayoral hot seat.
The full list of candidates:
Paul Bullen - UKIP
Rod Cantrill - Liberal Democrats
Peter Dawe - Independent
Stephen Goldspink - English Democrats
