Struggling to finish your studies, feeling rejected, finding it difficult to get a job - these are all issues young people face from time to time.

A charity called You Make It tries to empower young women in East London, so they can overcome these barriers. It has just celebrated those who've completed their 6-month programme helping them take control of their lives and careers.
