Here's how you open a car door in the Netherlands
Michael Charney, a cyclist from Massachusetts, is tired of having to quickly swerve out of the way to avoid drivers opening their car doors. It鈥檚 not only annoying, it鈥檚 also dangerous. That鈥檚 why he鈥檚 been advocating for drivers to use what he calls the "Dutch Reach鈥�.
