'Boxing brought me back from rock bottom'
In 1995, Dudley McKenzie, the brother of the former three weight world boxing champion Duke McKenzie, tragically took his own life.
Duke was still a professional fighter at the time and after "hitting rock bottom" he believes that the sport of boxing saved him.
Duke now dedicates his life as a boxing coach to helping those with mental health issues.
