Hoarding Disorder UK, based in Thatcham, works with the most disorganised in society to help them turn their lives around and declutter their homes.
Jo Cooke, Hoarding Disorder UK:
"Some people can have loads of handbags, but it might not impact on the functionality of our home. Do we have someone that has emotional attachments to things?
"We have the 'I can't be bothered' lazy attitude, and it's about knowing the difference.
"I describe it as a void...hoarding acts as emotional insulation.
"It acts as security. We have all different types of clutter."
