Reading FC: "It has been a difficult afternoon"
Jaap Stam was pleased his side came back to claim three points against already relegated Rotherham in a tough afternoon at the Madejski Stadium.
Jaap Stam:
"It has been a difficult afternoon but we knew that.
"We've seen them play in previous games against other sides they've played very well... they've got nothing to lose so we knew it was going to be difficult.
"When you go one nil down you need to be mentally very strong.
"You need to develop as a team, you need to make progress, and that's what we're trying to do."
