Should older drivers be retested?
A petition is calling for drivers to be forced to take another test once they turn 70
More than 260,000 people have signed a petition for drivers to be forced to take another driving test after they have hit the age of 70.
The petition was started by Ben Brooks-Dutton, whose wife was killed by an 85-year-old driver.
Neil Greig, director of Policy and Research for IAM RoadSmart, told John Humphrys it was 'too broad-brushed' to say that all 70-year-olds are dangerous.
