Former prime minister of Sweden Fredrik Reinfeldt has responded to a lorry attack in Stockholm on Friday in which four people were killed, saying "you can't break us, you can鈥檛 kill the love for the open society".

Another 15 people were injured when the lorry crashed into the front of a department store.

A man who has been arrested is believed to be the driver, Swedish police say.
