Trump case: 'I wanted to clear my name'
A woman who tried to sue Trump International for breaching her privacy under data protection laws has lost her case.
Rohan Beyts took the company to court after being told of mobile phone footage recorded while she was urinating in sand dunes near the company's golf course in Aberdeenshire.
The police had originally charged the 62-year-old grandmother with an offence but no action was taken.
Speaking outside court in Edinburgh, Ms Beyts said she only wanted to clear her name.
