'The air in London is lethal'
The mayor of London promises action to cut pollution in London.
The mayor of London is announcing plans to speed up the implementation of tougher rules on vehicle pollution in London by 2019.
The most polluting vehicles will incur a fee to enter an ultra-low emission zone being launched in the centre of the capital.
Sir David King was the government鈥檚 special representative for climate change and the chief scientific adviser under both Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. He says the Government previously made a mistake in encouraging people to buy diesel vehicles.
Sadiq Khan is the Mayor of London, he says he's vowing to clean up London.
