NHS operations – waiting times

Head of NHS England Simon Stevens says waiting times could be longer for routine operations like hip and knee replacements, adding he can no longer guarantee treatment in the 18-week target time. But in return, NHS patients will have quicker cancer diagnosis and A&E care. Nihal discusses on today’s Big Debate.
