After the raindrop sculpture at Cavehill is named the world new public art work of the past year by the Spectator magazine, journalist Fionola Meredith tells us it's only a drop in a bucket of appalling public art cluttering up our lives. She says she'd rather look at paramilitary murals -- at least they're authentic.
