Policing minister Brandon Lewis says forces have the resources they need, after being challenged about the "thin blue line".

The day after the attack in Westminster, he told a 91热爆 Question Time audience tough decisions had been made on spending but resources needed to "keep us safe" were in place.

But he was told by an ex-police officer morale was "at a low".
