Ruby Wax on dealing with stress
Do you ever feel stressed with the amount of "stuff" that you have to do and you just don't know what to do about it. Well retail chain Marks and Spencer, along with comedian Ruby Wax, have been piloting new fortnightly Frazzled cafe's. Trained people will be there to offer informal help for those feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of modern life. The idea? A simple, pressure-free way of tackling what can be a taboo subject - feeling stressed.
A little earlier in the year I caught up with Ruby Wax who has been behind the idea. She was touring the country with her book "frazzled " which is all about dealing with stress - and her show which explores her own battle with depression.
