Richard Madley from Biddestone near Devizes is not long back from Bengaluru in South India - where he was in charge of the bidding for the Indian Premier League last month.

The Indian Cricket premier league is an opportunity for clubs to buy and sell players and they do it in style - with a Wiltshire gavel at the helm.

The auction is televised and attracts 200 million viewers.
