Chancellor 'attacking self-employed'
UKIP MP Douglas Carswell has accused the chancellor of planning to "attack the self-employed" with changes to National Insurance contributions.
The main rate of National Insurance contributions for the self-employed is to increase from 9% to 10% in April 2018 and to 11% in April 2019.
