Staying awake during brain surgery
For 6 years, Ann Swadden from Swindon complained of headaches before eventually being diagnosed with a brain tumour.
She was given the unenviable decision of waiting for it to grow and see how serious it was or have it removed.
Ann decided to be operated on and will go into surgery in two weeks. But for the operation to work, she needs to be awake for it.
She's been talking to 91热爆 Wiltshire's Ali Vowles about living with a golf ball sized tumour your head.
