A fire at Asda on Wigmore Lane, Luton, has seen 16 pumps and three aerial platforms tackling the blaze.
The East of England Ambulance Service says two people who were treated by paramedics at Asda for breathing difficulties have since been taken to the Luton and Dunstable Hospital for further case.
Their condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
The fire broke out on Monday morning.
