Hospital attendances in England for children under 14 with sleep disorders have tripled in 10 years, according to NHS data analysed by 91热爆 Panorama.
Lack of sleep in children can lead to a greater risk of obesity, mental health issues, and poor school performance.
Using smartphones and tablets in the bedroom could be one of the reasons for this. The blue light they emit reduces the natural production of the hormone that makes us sleepy.
Victoria spoke to two mums who struggle to get their toddlers to sleep.
