Framlingham singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran says his best advice to aspiring musicians is to "be as individual as possible" and to never follow the crowds or current trends.

He also said it's important to write as many songs as possible.

As his third album is released, Ed has admitted in the early days he felt that standing out was a bad thing.
