Donald Trump spoke to the US Congress last night and sounded quite different to the President we have seen for the last few weeks. His speech was considerably more measured than that at his inauguration, as he spoke of the renewal of the US and touched on anti-Semitism.

Steven Erlanger, London bureau chief of The New York Times, says he saw a "Trump who was trying to behave himself" as he will need Congress' help in the future and Charlie Wolf, former communications director of Republicans Abroad UK, says he "knocked it out of the park".
