More than 14,000 hate crimes were recorded between July and September. In 10 police forces, the number of suspected hate crimes increased by more than 50%, compared to the previous three months. A hate crime can be based on race, religion or sexuality. But does the spike in hate crime mean that Britain is becoming more racist? Or is it that more people are now involving the police ? Callers Harry and Kasid debated with each other on the show.
