'Prisons are a lot more chaotic'
An undercover report from 91热爆 Panorama has discovered evidence of major security failings at a prison in the north-east of England.
Secret filming at HMP Northumberland, which holds more than 1,000 men and is run by the firm Sodexo, saw widespread drug use, door alarms that didn't work and a hole in a perimeter fence.
Chloe speaks to James Bell, who has been in and out of prison for 26 years, James Parker from the Rehabilitation for Addicted Prisoners Trust, and David who spent more than 20 years working as a prison officer.
But first she speaks to Bill, who has been in and out of prison for most of his life.
