Provisional data leaked to the 91热爆 suggests that England's A&E units suffered their worst performance last month since the four hour target was introduced thirteen years ago.

Nick Robinson discusses with Dr Tajek Hassan, president of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and Baroness Camilla Cavendish, former head of David Cameron's Policy Unit at No 10 who headed up cross-party talks on health and social care, about the state of A&E units in the NHS.
