Russia 'decriminalises' domestic violence
A law has been passed in Russia that means first time offenders who hit their partner or child and don't break a bone won't automatically go to jailThis has angered critics who say that it gives a dangerous message and could lead to a rise in domestic abuse but the government says it will allow parents to discipline their children.
