NHS executive says putting more money in 'will not solve the problem'
Since the Iris Sibley case, we have looked at how the social care system has progressed. The government's spending watchdog has said that attempts to integrate health and social care have so far failed to save money, or reduce hospital admissions in England.
Our chief correspondent Matthew Price looks at solutions that are being trialled for people to spend less time in hospital.
Niall Dickson, chief executive of the NHS Confederation, tells Sarah that England needs to build up community services. He says simply putting more money in "will not solve the problem".
