Was it right for Bollywood film Raees to be banned in Pakistan?

The Bollywood film Raees which stars Shah Rukh Khan and Pakistani Actress Mahira Khan was due to be released in Pakistan this week but has been banned after reports say it shows Muslims negatively.
The plot of the movie is around smuggling of contraband and the connection between politicians and criminals. The Pakistan film board says that 'the content undermines Islam ...Portraying Muslims as criminals, wanted persons and terrorists.'
