The term 'executive order' has been doing the rounds the past few days since Donald Trump signed his signature to one that's causing lots of controversy.
"The power of an executive order is not as grand as it may seem.
"It's at its strongest when Congress has written legislation and the president orders for it to be carried out.
"The American president is both the Head of Government and the Head of State."
