'I don't think many bands would get anywhere without them' - Scott from British Sea Power on the power of independent venues
In the early British Sea Power days the band set up Club Sea Power, a monthly night held in independent Brighton venues, The Lift and the Freebutt.
Scott explains how the slightly ramshackle night allowed the band to test out new tracks and led to British Sea Power getting signed.
