"A lot of Presidential campaigns already appoint a transition chief...Chris Christie was fired by Trump and this transition is not going as well as others.
"In the US the President appoints down three or four layers in every department.
"On the National Security side it has really been very disorganised because it took him a while to find the people, there have been so many people who said they wouldn't participate in a Trump administration."
